Big Woods Nature Trail
Photo-of-the-Month
For December is by
Jessica Hights, Nacogdoches, TX
The Tyler County Art League judge selected Jessica Hights’ serene photo as the December Photo-of-the-Month for the Big Woods Nature Trail. Her photo captures the beauty of East Texas woods as the trees prepare for winter – creating a canopy of soft colors and a carpet of rustling leaves. Jessica was visiting from Nacogdoches when she walked the Big Woods Nature Trail and took time to snap this photo to share with all of us.
The Big Woods Nature Trail Photo-of-the-Year winner will be announced at the Tyler County Heritage Society Annual Meeting at 6:00 PM on Saturday, January 25 at the Pickett House Restaurant. This is a great time for you to renew your membership, which is $20 for individuals, $30 for families, or $60 for small businesses. Membership fees are applied to maintenance and preservation of Heritage Village. Your contributions make a difference.
